EIVA and Atlas Services Group Join Forces

Press Release
Tuesday, November 13, 2012

The international recruitment company Atlas Services Group and EIVA have joined forces by entering into a collaboration agreement that will include training courses on the EIVA software suite in Atlas Services Group’s training curriculum offered globally.

Atlas Services Group is an international recruitment company specialising in the energy and marine industry and servicing more than 1,800 candidates worldwide, each day.

The company’s hydrographic department in the United Kingdom focuses on this niche market alone and is recognised as the leading global specialist in the supply of high quality professionals to the offshore survey industry. This includes competence development focusing on the skill demands in the industry.

In order to widen the horizon in this relation, Atlas Services Group has become EIVA training partner. This means that Atlas Services Group will host training courses in the entire range of the EIVA software suite, taught by EIVA instructors.
- We see a large and increasing demand for EIVA training courses coming from our clients – survey contractors and freelance personnel. Including the EIVA software suite in our curriculum was therefore an obvious choice in order to address the skills gap, says Andrew Blears, Manager at Atlas Services Group.

Bringing the mountain to the seabed professional

To EIVA, making Atlas Services Group an EIVA software training partner is a welcome opportunity to ensure that no wish of attending training courses will go unanswered.

- The partnership will increase training course availability and meet location challenges. This allows us to markedly increase the possibility of receiving training in our software suite to the benefit of our customers and freelancers involved in projects where skills in EIVA software are required, states Jeppe Nielsen, EIVA CEO.

Expanding number of locations
Through the Atlas Services Group-EIVA partnership, the number of locations and training courses is vastly expanded. The next ones will take place in January, March and May in the UK, and later in 2013 in yet to be defined locations, possibly Holland, Singapore, Africa, Italy and USA.
