Danos recently named Alan Broxson, a 35-year veteran of the oil and gas industry, manager of the company’s new Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Division.

Earlier this month, Danos acquired I&E company API Control System Solutions (API).  Broxson has been charged with leading the API integration into the Danos organization and leveraging the companies’ resources to expand I&E capabilities and offerings.

Prior to joining Danos, Broxson, held senior-level management positions with CAMCO, Baker Hughes, NATCO and Weatherford in the U.S., United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia Pacific areas.

With services including I&E construction, commissioning, maintenance, calibration and testing, control system design, system integration, manufacturing and installation, Danos’ new division will be able to provide a broad spectrum of I&E solutions for customers in the oil and gas industry.
