Concordia Maritime´s president Hans Norén will leave the company at the end of the year. Norén said, “After ten years as president and 18 years in total with the company, the board and I have agreed that year end 2013 will be a good time for a change on this position.”

The Chairman of the Board, Carl-Johan Hagman commented, “Under the leadership of Hans Norén, Concordia Maritime has developed into a modern and high quality product tanker company with a long term industrial strategy. The company has also successfully bridged a very weak period in the tanker market during the recent years.”

The company announced that recruitment for Norén’s successor has started.
