Canadian Shipbuilders Predict Busy Times

According to an Oct. 16 report from The Victoria Times Colonist, Canadian unions are pressing a case with federal officials to split contracts three ways between the West Coast, the Maritimes and Quebec. Hundreds of millions of dollars worth of military and Canadian Coast Guard work has been announced in recent years.
