Borets Bolsters Houston Executive Team

Borets, a company in the engineering, manufacturing, sales and service of electric submersible pump (ESP) systems, announced today that Phyllis Mitchell has been named vice president of human resources and Kent C. Crago has been named vice president of finance, both to be based in Houston.
Mitchell joins Borets with more than 20 years of diverse domestic and international HR experience, primarily focused in the oil and gas industry. Her responsibilities will include directing personnel in accordance with regulations and practices established by the company, government organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities to position Borets as an employer of choice within the energy industry. Mitchell is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Texas HR Pros. 
Crago will oversee financial operations, review departmental processes and procedures and develop management reporting packages. Crago has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry where he has worked with operational and financial accounting under IFRS and the US GAPP and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
