Grady-White Boats executive team changes: Shelley Tubaugh now V-P Marketing, & Joey Weller is V-P Sales.

Grady-White Boats President Kris Carroll has announced role changes in the company’s executive team. Shelley Tubaugh is named vice president-marketing and now adds responsibilities for media and all integrated communications to existing duties in market research and customer relations. Joey Weller, vice president-sales, will center his energies on the sales support team for the Grady-White dealer network, including external network development plans and programs as well as internal sales support systems.

Both Tubaugh and Weller have been with Grady-White since 1988 and have extensive experience within the organization. Carroll states, “Both of these individuals have added great value to our team over the years and are quite capable of executing their roles in an exceptional manner. Dedicating their respective resources allows us to really fine tune our relationships with our dealers and our customers and stay on top of the changes in the market. We want to ensure we are continually understanding and exceeding our customers’ expectations.”

Grady-White produces sportfishing boats with a line-up includes 28 models ranging from 18-37 feet and features express cabin, walkaround cabin, center console and dual console style boats.
