Two Appointments Boost XPD8 Senior Management

Asset integrity management specialist XPD8 Solutions has strengthened its senior management team in the anticipation of further growth with the appointment of two department managers.

Chris Hewson-Smith and Peter Falconer have joined the company in the respective roles for maintenance engineering and integrity services. Both bring extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to their new positions at XPD8.

Previously an independent maintenance management consultant, Chris has more than 30 years of industry experience and in recent years has been working internationally on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) implementation and support contracts. He will bring a wealth of knowledge and a vast network of contacts to XPD8.

Peter has joined from Oceaneering where he was an inspection and integrity function manager.  He has been involved in engineering projects over a wide range of design, analysis and management for over 30 years and has focused on management, integrity and business development responsibilities. Widely regarded as an expert in the integrity management field, Peter has compiled articles for international publications and presented at key conferences and seminars.

The firm also recently revealed it had received ISO9001 accreditation for its quality management systems which will further support future business growth and ensure high standards throughout the business.
