Mid America Shipyards Delivers First Vessel

Mid America Shipyards LLC out of Ft. Smith, Ark. announced that after opening its doors in December 2009 it has delivered its first vessel, a truckable tug boat, the Mary Ann, to the Chicago area.

Currently Mid America Shipyards has contracts to build two more 660 hp vessels that will be delivered in April. These vessels will be going to South America and have the following specifications:
