Before the registration of NWIP(New Work Item Proposal),within ISO/TC8,I want to know the future shipping market interests and the technical trends in the offshore
floating ports as a nodal point of global container shipping and regional short sea shipping.
This new concept would facilitate the efficient sea transport of container freights transshipment between big and new mobile contaier ship with modern crane at sea spot, where at the near the modern harbour does not exist,but the big container carrier's calling demand would exist.
