Potable Water Storage Tank Coatings Has anyone run across any approved "Zero VOC" (Volatile Organic Components) coatings for the internals of mild steel potable water ship's tanks that they are really happy with?

RE:Potable Water Storage Tank Coatings I have used West System epoxies in the past and it held up very well, but I am not up to date regarding how approved it is re or VOCs considering today's standards.
