Sales Person needed to Represent Gulf Coast Shipyard!
Master Marine Inc., a full service shipyard located in the Gulf Coast, is looking for an Outside Sales person to increase business with new construction, metal fabrication and repair sales.
A successful applicant will be a self-starter with experience generating new revenue and maintaining customer relationships.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding Master Marine’s customer base for repair of offshore service vessels, fishing vessels, inland and coastal vessels and barges and will attend “ship checks” as necessary to survey work items for preparing estimates for commercial and government vessels.
A few requirements of this position are:
10+ years preferred working knowledge of clientele in the inland and offshore marine industry.
Estimating experience - to support Sales Manager with material costs and labor hours for each project
Experience making sales calls and closing construction and repair projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
Salary and Commission negotiable
