Arctic Sea Ice Minimum for 2010
One of my favorite web sites is NASA's Earth Observatory (http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov). Lots of satellite photos of the Earth and all its wonderous phenomena. Last October the site posted an image of the Arctic sea ice at its minimum for 2010, giving an interesting view of where shipping routes may try to establish themselves.
